Refund and Return Policy
A clear process for service issues and revisions.
Clear information about cancellations, corrections, and service remedies.
Digital service orders
Creator Rise Agency provides professional digital services rather than physical products. There is no shipping address for returns and no physical item to return. Each order is governed by the listed package deliverables and the approved brief. This is a proposed policy for agency review before publication; it must match the business’s actual refund and cancellation practices.
Cancellation before work begins
Under this proposed policy, you may request cancellation before project work begins by emailing your order number to contact@creatorriseagency.shop. An approved cancellation before work begins receives a refund of the agency fee paid for that service. Work begins when the agreed research, planning, editing, preparation, or management activity starts; payment alone is not described as completion of the project.
Once work has started
A change of mind does not create an automatic refund for work already performed within the approved scope. If you request cancellation after work starts, the agency reviews the completed work and the unused portion of the service before confirming any appropriate refund in writing. This policy does not remove remedies or payment-dispute rights available under applicable law.
If the deliverable needs correction
Describe the difference between the delivered work and the approved brief. The first practical remedy may be a correction or an included revision. Basic includes one consolidated revision, Standard two, and Premium three, subject to the service-specific scope. Campaign Premium revisions relate to the brief before launch. A new concept, replacement source footage, additional video, or extra platform is a scope change.
If agreed work cannot be delivered
If the agency cannot provide the agreed service, contact us to discuss a revised scope, acceptable schedule, or refund for the unperformed portion. Do not accept a replacement scope unless it meets your needs. If a material service issue cannot be resolved through appropriate correction, the business will review a refund or other remedy with regard to the affected work and applicable rights.
Campaign budgets and third parties
Package prices are agency fees. Advertising spend is charged separately by the platform and must be approved before a launch. Platform charges, approved licenses, and other third-party purchases follow the relevant provider’s terms and refund process. Creator Rise Agency cannot promise that a platform will reverse its charges. The agency will review an agency billing error separately.
Results and delays
The service promises the listed work, not a particular reach, sales total, follower count, or return on ad spend. Disappointing performance alone is not the same as a missing deliverable. Delivery timing is agreed after the complete brief and required access are received. Missing footage, permissions, approvals, or platform acceptance can delay the schedule; contact us to agree the next step.
How to request a review
Email contact@creatorriseagency.shop with your order number, purchased service, the issue, and relevant brief or delivery references. Do not send full card details. The agency will review the request and confirm its decision and any proposed remedy in writing. Approved refunds should be returned through the original payment method where possible; processing time depends on the gateway and bank.
Required rights and contact
Nothing here limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow the business to exclude. Corrections and revisions are the appropriate agency-service process; social-media follower refills are not part of these services.
