Creator Rise Agency / Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

The working terms for your creative project.

Clear information about scope, payment, approvals, and digital delivery.

01

Using these services

These proposed terms cover orders for content strategy, video editing, and campaign management through creatorriseagency.shop. The service provider is Creator Rise Agency LLC, 1500 N Grant St, Ste 48729, Denver, CO 80203, USA. Contact contact@creatorriseagency.shop with questions before ordering. Review and approve these draft terms against the actual business workflow before publishing them.

02

Package scope and orders

Basic is $10, Standard $50, and Premium $120 USD. Each package is a one-time service with the deliverables shown on its service page. A strategy order does not include editing, filming, posting, or paid advertising. Video limits apply to the final runtime and total source footage. Campaign Basic and Standard cover planning; Premium includes one campaign on one platform and seven days of monitoring after approved launch.

03

Fees and additional costs

The agency fee is separate from platform advertising spend, paid tools, stock, music licenses, filming, voiceover, and other third-party purchases. Applicable taxes and enabled payment methods are shown at checkout. Additional work requires a separately agreed scope and price. Do not assume that a package includes ongoing monthly support or management beyond the stated window.

04

Your brief and materials

Provide accurate instructions, source materials, brand references, and required permissions. You must have rights to the footage, graphics, music, claims, and other material you supply. Identify the platform, format, deadline, and decision-maker. Use secure file links and role-based account access where supported. Do not share account passwords or unnecessary personal information.

05

Timing and approvals

Delivery timing is agreed after a complete brief and any required access are available. Missing materials, changes to the brief, late feedback, or platform review can affect the schedule. A campaign may launch only after the assets, scope, access, and media budget are expressly approved. Approval is not inferred from payment of the agency fee.

06

Revisions and scope changes

Basic includes one consolidated revision round, Standard two, and Premium three within the approved brief. Campaign Premium includes three brief revisions before launch, followed by the stated monitoring window. Collect stakeholder comments into a single list for each round. A different concept, extra deliverable, replacement footage, platform expansion, or substantially revised objective may require a new order or written scope adjustment.

07

Delivery and usage

Strategy deliverables are the planning documents listed in your tier. Video delivery is an MP4 in the agreed format; editable project files are outside the standard packages. Campaign delivery depends on the selected planning or management tier. After full payment, the client may use the original final deliverables for the agreed business purpose, subject to third-party licenses. Pre-existing tools, templates, and third-party material remain subject to their own rights.

08

Campaign operation

The client controls and funds the platform account. Premium is a defined management window, not an unlimited retainer. Confirm in writing whether ads should pause or continue when that window ends. Platform approval, account status, tracking availability, offer quality, budget, and website performance affect delivery and measurement. Ongoing campaign management requires a separate agreement.

09

Performance and lawful use

The agency does not guarantee viral reach, sales, engagement, or a particular advertising return. The service is the agreed creative or campaign work. Clients must not request unlawful, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized content or account activity. The agency may decline an unsuitable brief and address cancellation or unused work under the refund policy and applicable rights.

10

Cancellation, issues, and privacy

Review the Refund and Return Policy for the proposed cancellation and remedy process. Report discrepancies against the approved brief with specific references so a correction can be reviewed. The Privacy Policy describes the proposed handling of order and project information and must be verified against the live setup.

11

Resolving concerns and changes

Contact contact@creatorriseagency.shop first with the order number, issue, and requested resolution. Keep a record of the approved brief and scope changes. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law protects. A revised version should apply to future orders; changes to an existing agreed project require communication and agreement where appropriate. Draft prepared October 12, 2026.
